Apollo Energy Resources Sdn Bhd is a new business arm of the Masmeyer Group. It is involved in the generation of power via renewable energy, specifically via photovoltaic systems and small hydro-electric power stations. It was incorporated on 6th October 2009 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Masmeyer Holdings Sdn Bhd.

We develop, operate and maintain SHPPs, which are between 1MW until 30MW incapacity, and does not involve the construction of dams. These SHPPs endeavors to preserve the natural and original hydrology of the river while generating electricity without the emission of harmful smoke and protecting the environment.
The former Inspector General of Police (IGP) with over 35 years of dedicated service in the Royal Malaysia Police. Tan Sri Mohammad Fuzi Harun holds a Master of Antropology and Sociology from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Universiti Malaya. Apollo Energy is honoured to have Tan Sri Mohammad Fuzi Harun on our board after his honourable retirement as IGP in 2019.
A former senior official who had been serving in various capacities in the Kedah State Government since 1971 after completing his studies in the University of Malaya. Before joining Masmeyer, Dato’ Tajudin was serving as the General Manager of the Kedah Regional Development Authority until his retirement in 2004. It’s certainly our pleasure to have Dato’ Tajudin’s on the board of Apollo Energy.
The driving force of Masmeyer Group, which has successfully delivered property development projects with a total gross development value (GDV) exceeding RM 470 million in Kedah and Penang, as well as in the course to deliver property development projects with a total GDV exceeding RM 1 billion. Dato’ Choo was also a Director of Drillsearch Energy Limited, a listed company in Australia.
An Actuarial Science postgraduate from London’s City University, Mr Azri Ahmad has over 26 years of working experience in corporate finance, planning and business development. He led the corporate restructuring team which privatized the property development units of the Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak and facilitated in the listing of these units under Majuperak Holdings Berhad in 2007.
